"YouSpin is an easy to use app that lets you create 360 degree views and 3D animations of anything you want.

Just start the app and turn when it tells you to. That’s it, you’ve just created a 360 degree action shot of yourself. Cool and easy! If you want to do something similar for another person or an object, you do the same thing except each ‘turn’ is you moving to another side of the image you’re capturing. Now save it and watch your smooth video playback.



The app uses stop-frame for the animation, which means you can really let your imagination go wild and create unique 3D videos then share them. Upload your mini movies to Facebook or YouSpin then go ahead and let others see your brilliant work by posting your YouSpin on Twitter, or email it your friends, family or customers. You can even embed it on your website.

Review: Use this app to create animated stories that incorporate podcasting as well! This app would be great for teaching students about story elements because it makes them create scenes for each element of a good plot (set-up, conflict, challenge, climax, resolution). Once your cartoon is finished, you can share it on your iPad or upload it to the Toontastic website. A very engaging way to help students understand and create narratives!

Review: This is a great note-taking/annotating app. View and annotate any PDF or PowerPoint document! You also can import and export your annotated files, so you can easily go back and forth between your ipad and computer. The app also lets you annotate with a pen, highlighter, or typed sticky notes. Lastly, you can record an audio lecture, and sync your words written notes on a PowerPoint or PDF document!

Possible uses include:
